Attentive Home Health Services, Inc. supports a client’s choice to stay at home and continue their recovery there. Our job is to guide them through the recuperation stages all the way to fully restoring their health and/or achieving effective management of their health.
Attentive Home Health Services, Inc. provides services to eligible clients. Anyone who has conditions that render them bound to their homes by illness, and are unable to leave home without assistance usually meet the medical criteria for home health care. In all instances, the final approval must come from the patient’s physician. Our agency staff will assist in the development of the care plan which will be used in the provision of care services in the client’s home.
