What is Home Care?
A team of health professionals, under the request and ongoing directions of the patient’s personal physician, deliver health care services to homebound patients.
What are the benefits of Home Care?
Home care includes teaching patients and members of the family. Patients are more comfortable at home and tend to recover more rapidly when surrounded by and supported by friends and family.
Who may receive these services?
Any person usually meets the medical criteria for home care, if he or she has conditions, which render him/her bound to home by illness. If the client is unable to leave home without assistance, he or she may be an ideal recipient of home health care services. In all instances, the final approval must come from the patient’s primary physician.
Who may request for Home Care?
Anyone care request for Home Care services: physicians, patients, family and friends.
Who pays for the Services?
Approved services are covered 100% for those eligible to receive home health services. Home Health Care may be covered by Medicare, Medi-Cal, HMO’s, most private insurance companies and by patients with private payment resources who wish to receive the services we offer.
Who does all the work?
We do! We only request your consent and sign some forms to start with home care.

We offer Skilled Nursing by RNs and LVNs, Certified Home Health Aide, Medical Social Services, Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Home Medical Supplies and Equipment.
